Terms of use
horrordisco.com is a non-commercial music and software portfolio operated by Horror Disco. These terms cover access to the website and any free downloads it offers.
Free use
All music streamed or downloaded from this site, and all macOS software linked from this site, is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. Downloading and keeping a copy is fine. Sharing the link with someone is fine. Re-uploading the files to a different distribution platform under your own name is not.
Software
Software (e.g. AirMixa) is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk. We're not liable for data loss, downtime, or any other indirect damage caused by running the software.
External services
The site links to third-party platforms (Apple Music, Tidal, Deezer, the macOS App Store, etc.). When you follow those links you're subject to the destination service's terms, not ours. We don't control or endorse third-party platform behavior.
Intellectual property
All original music, artwork, software, and text on this site is © 2026 Horror Disco unless otherwise noted. Personal-use copies are explicitly permitted; commercial use, sync licensing, sampling for redistribution, or re-uploads to other platforms require written permission from info@horrordisco.com.
No commerce yet
The site does not currently sell anything. If that changes, additional terms covering payment, delivery, and refunds will be added before any commerce surface goes live.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
